ORDERING/PAYMENT

We sell brand new and used books.

Used Books will be stated as USED and its' condition described as Like New, Excellent, Very Good or Good. Any other flaws will be noted.

Books sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
All books are ready stocks unless stated as sold or reserved.
Prices are quoted in RM ( Ringgit Malaysia ).

ORDERING :

1. Please place your order by emailing me the book title, your name, delivery address, email address, contact number, selected payment method and the selected delivery method.
2. You may also use the standard order form, click here for the form 
3. Once order has been received, the books will be reserved for 2 business days.
4. Although you may have placed an order, if payment hasn't been received within 2 business days, the books will be released to the next interested buyer.
5. Payment details : bank accounts, total amount, etc will be sent to you via email. Please check your emails often.

Local Orders

1. via Cash Deposit/ Online Funds Transfer /Cheque bank-in via RHB Bank, Maybank, CIMB or Hong Leong Bank. Please include any bank commission charges payable.
2. via Credit Cards through PayPal. A 3.5% on total invoiced value plus an additional RM2.00 per order will be charged when you choose to pay using PayPal. If you are not agreeable to this, please choose other payment methods.
   

International Orders

1. We do deliver worldwide, please email me for international quotes stating your delivery address. The original prices in RM as listed on the blog will be converted using the prevailing exchange rates as at the date of the invoice.
   
2. International buyers can only pay via PayPal.
3. All international billings in USD, SGD or EUR only.
4. A 4.5% on total invoiced value per order will be charged on PayPal payment.
5. International buyers are responsible for any duties or tax payable and customs regulations in their home country.
